Centrifugal pump are dynamic pressure pumps. This unit is a self contained recirculation type unit. all the measurements are provided to evalute the performance of the pump.

The unit enables the students to study the Basic Principals of ice plant cycle within a short period. The test rig is designed for the study of thermodynamics of vapour Compression refrigeration cycle by way of demonstration and experimentation.

• Demonstrates Pressure Head Measurement: Designed to show how pressure varies along different points of a horizontal or inclined pipe.
• Transparent Legged Pipe Section: Fitted with multiple vertical glass or acrylic tubes (legs) connected at equal intervals for clear visualization of pressure head.
• Multiple Pressure Tapping Points: Typically includes 5 to 10 tapping points along the pipe to connect vertical manometer tubes.
• Pipe Material: Main pipe constructed from rigid PVC, acrylic, or metal for durability and ease of observation.
